Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jennifer D. Polk, D.C

Dr. Jennifer Polk, D.C. is a Chiropractic Physician licensed to integrate Chiropractic Medicine and Physiotherapy. She is a native of Scottsdale, AZ and a graduate of Paradise Valley High School. She received her B.S. degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Arizona. Prior to graduate school, she worked in Physical Therapy and as a Certified Personal Trainer. It was at this time that she discovered her passion for the art of natural healing through Chiropractic Medicine.

 

Dr. Polk received her Chiropractic education at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. She had the unique and outstanding opportunity to be selected for an internship at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. Here she had the privilege of treating our active duty military, as well as assisting medical doctors throughout the hospital including in Orthopedic and Neurological surgeries. Dr. Polk graduated from NUHS with honors as Salutatorian and Outstanding Graduate of her class. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a B.S. in Human Biology. She is now an active member of both the American Chiropractic Association and the Arizona Association of Chiropractic. Dr. Polk is active in her community and does frequent volunteer work. She is also team Chiropractor for Team USA Football.

 

Dr. Polk uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Polk is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
